This is your home installation tutorial. We’re all excited to get your project started. Everyone is waiting for your space to turn out beautifully. Before we get started, let’s walk through the preparation and installation steps so you know what to expect from our superior service! From the moment you make a decision with us, our production team closely analyzes every item that goes into your order to ensure you’re receiving the highest quality of service.
Payment Processed
As soon as payment is processed, your materials are ordered. Our products are custom-ordered and sourced directly from manufacturers and distribution centers around the country. While your materials are en route, our scheduling team works diligently to accommodate your personal calendar so your project is on time and completed rapidly.
Installation Date Changes
In rare cases, unexpected events such as weather, traffic, etc. can occur. If that were to occur, our scheduling team will notify you immediately to adjust your installation date. If you have a gate code or lockbox, please provide our scheduling team with that information so we have easy access to the property. We can also supply our own lockbox so you don’t need to worry about being present throughout the project.
Flooring Installation Day
On the day of your installation, our crews will be very considerate of your home and personal belongings. If furniture movement is included in your order, we’ll move all of the heavy items and anything else specified. Any specialty items will need to be moved by a third party. Please remove any breakable items or knick-knacks from the area. Please also disconnect any electronics you have. This will help ensure your installation is smooth and completed on schedule. The installation time varies on the size of your project. Please also keep in mind that unforeseen work outside of your project’s scope may arise and need to be addressed by the team. Our project manager will be sure you stay posted on the progress of your job, and ensure our deadlines are met.

Final Walk-Through of Your Installation
When your job is complete, the installation team will do a final walk-through to ensure we have met or exceeded your expectations.
Balance is Due
Your remaining balance for the project is due at this time. You can pay by clicking on the “Pay Now” button in the top right corner of our website. Alternatively, you can hand a personal check made out to “Go Mobile Flooring” to a member of our installation team.
